Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and BabyZone for the BabyZone mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

License Grant

BabyZone grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your mobile device in accordance with this EULA.

Subscription Terms

BabyZone Premium Subscription

• Monthly Plan: $4.99 per month
• Annual Plan: $39.99 per year (Save 19%)
• Free Trial: 1 week free trial included

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can cancel anytime through your App Store account settings.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase and upon commencement of each renewal term.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy at babyzone.app/privacy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair our systems

Medical Disclaimer

Important: BabyZone is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with your pediatrician or healthcare provider regarding your baby's health and development. The App is for tracking and informational purposes only.

Data Ownership & Export

You retain full ownership of all data you input into BabyZone. We provide tools to export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BABYZONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new EULA in the App and updating the "Effective Date" above.
