A simple diaper log
Record a change while it is fresh in your memory, then look back when you need the details.
- Time and type
- Keep the time and diaper contents together in each entry.
- Optional notes
- Add a short detail you want to remember, such as a change before handover.
- One activity log
- Find saved diaper changes alongside feeding and sleep records.
Record a wet diaper change
- From Today, tap Add Activity, then Diaper.
- Wet is selected for a new entry. Keep it for a wet diaper and add an optional note.
- Tap Save to record the change.
- Return to Today and find the entry under its recorded date.
Choose Wet, Dirty, Both or Clean to match the change you are recording. The entry also keeps its date and time.
