You retain ownership of all data you input into BabyZone. We provide tools to export your data at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your data.

Medical Disclaimer

BabyZone is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with your pediatrician or healthcare provider regarding your baby's health and development.

Limitations

In no event shall BabyZone or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use BabyZone.
