Data Deletion

Your Right to Delete Your Data

At BabyZone, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your BabyZone account, we permanently remove:

  • Your account information (name, email)
  • All baby profiles and their data
  • Feeding, sleep, diaper, and health records
  • Photos and notes
  • Milestones and growth data
  • Medication and appointment records
  • All synced data across devices

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: From the BabyZone App

  1. Open the BabyZone app
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm your decision when prompted

Your data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2: Contact Support

If you cannot access the app or need assistance, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request within 48 hours.

Data Retention

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. We do not retain backups of deleted accounts. Any data stored locally on your device must be removed by uninstalling the app.

Third-Party Services

If you signed in using Facebook, Google, or Apple, deleting your BabyZone account does not affect those accounts. You may also want to revoke BabyZone's access from those platforms:

  • Facebook: Settings > Apps and Websites > Remove BabyZone
  • Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions
  • Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID
